石の番人、死のゲ一ム!

The Stone Guardian; Death game

Mori Kougan had ordered the capture of Yanagi for his research of gaining immorality. Recca, Fuko and Domon had taken upon themselves to rescue Yanagi and went to the mansion where she had been held captive. Currently, they were stopped by the stone statue, Maria, which program was to shoot laser at any moving object...

The trio stood still for a moment until the impatient Recca held up some firebombs. Maria immediately shot out a laser ray at the firebombs, causing a mini explosion. Domon yelled at Recca for being stupid. While the two boys were bickering, Fuko thought over the past actions that they had made. Every time they moved, Maria react. She wonders if Maria had a flaw and decided to experiment. Fuko held up a dart in one hand. As expected, Maria reacted. Using her other hand, she flung another dart at it.. The dart almost hit Maria but the stone statue shot out another laser ray, turning it to ashes. Recca criticized her for doing so but Fuko rebut by saying that she had found out its weakness.

In the security room, Kurei asked Koganei how many moudough masters were they in the mansion. The answer was  four. He ordered Koganei to assemble them because he had a feeling about the trio.

Fuko explained that there was a time limit between each shot but with teamwork, they could defeat Maria. She insisted to be the decoy because she was the fastest among them. Recca and Domon gave in, knowing that it was pointless to argue with her.. Fuko ran towards Maria and dodged the shooting laser. She yelled at Recca who threw a chain-sickle around the statue and pulled, causing the second laser ray to miss them and hit the standing statues. Domon finally destroyed the statue by head butting it into pieces. However, the trio ended up arguing with each other in who gets the biggest credit in defeating Maria.

Bright light shined on them; Kurei congratulated for their effects and questioned them their ability to defeat his fighters, including the one who was waiting for them in the next room. As for Yanagi, the doctors were beginning to examine her. Having no choice, Recca and gang entered into the next room that was filled with mannequins. A little doll named Primela walked up to them and brough them to see her master, Katashiro Reiran, who happened to be a very beautiful lady. Recca and Domon drooled over her except Fuko, who demanded that Reiran brings them to Kurei. Reiran sighed because her orders were to kill them and Fuko's demand could not be met. The mannequins began to move by themselves and attack the trio.

Kurei continued to watch their feeble attempts with the mannequins, saying to himself that he might be worrying too much. The trio was drove to the balcony. Reiran believed that the end had come for them but Fuko mocked at her. Using Fujin, she summoned  a powerful wind that destroyed the mannequins into bits. Kurei, seeing this new change of events, believed that the maudough that Fuko was using was Fujin and wondered how did it came into her possession. He ordered the experiments to stop and Yanagi to be brought to him. Reiran became upset at the sight of her broken mannequins and challenged Fuko to a death duel. Fuko accepted it and told Recca and Domon to stay out despite their protests.

Yanagi opened her eyes and found herself sitting on a red couch. Kurei apologized for the experiments that they were conducting on her and merely told her to take it like a physical examination. Yanagi wondered Kurei always wore a mask. She saw Fuko on a television screen. Kurei, seeing her delighted expression, asked her about the identity of her rescuers. Yanagi remembered Kage Houshi’s warning, especially the part that they need to work together to defeat Kurei. She responded by saying that they are her friends and refused to reveal more. Mokuren appeared from behind and sadistically begged Kurei to let him beat some answers from Yanagi.

Fuko did some pretty damages to Reiran who seemed to be totally unaffected by her wounds. Later, Fuko scoffed at her inability to use a sword and that she might as well not use it at all. Reiran unexpectedly agreed and dropped her sword. Fuko thought that Reiran was insulting at her and moved forward to attack. To her horror, she couldn’t move. She saw golden threads all over her entire body and Reiran was holding them. She told Fuko she wasn't using her sword just for fun but to attach each thread on Fuko’s limbs each time she gets close to her.

Fuko saw her own body moving against her will. Reiran laughed at her 'new puppet'.
