Omi and Oka have become on very good terms. Oka questions him about what had exactly happened that night, but he does not give her an answer. Omi goes to Oka's house to help her arrange some flowers. Oka invites him to dinner with her father and mother and has even bought two tickets for a movie after the dinner. Omi leaves Oka's apartment in high spirits. However, as he was getting ready to get on his scooter, Schuldich appears and jeers at him for being so happy even though he has murdered his two brothers. He then goes on to say that Omi is not any better, for he is just a killing machine too. Unable to contain his anger, Omi gets a dart ready but Schuldich sees through his plans and jeers at him further, threatening to tell Oka the truth about him being in Weiß.
The next morning, Schuldich pays Oka a visit while she is taking her dog for a walk. He reveals to Oka that Omi's true name is actually Takatori Mamoru and that he is the third son of her father, Takatori Reiji. Oka is shocked to hear that and checks it with her mother. Her mother brings out a family photo with Mamoru in the picture and confirms it.
Crushed, Oka goes to see Omi but keeps her distance and only glances at him from afar. When Youji sees her, she quickly runs away. Youji tells what had happened to Omi, who then runs out to look for her.
Omi knocks the door of Oka's door, but Oka refuses to open it. Omi recalls what Schuldich had threatened to do and fears that Oka has already known his secret. He goes to find Persia and demands to know why he had made him a member of Weiß when he fully knows that Omi is a member of the Takatori family and will ultimately face them. He starts accusing Persia for making him battle against his family and that he would not know what he is going through. However, Persia replies that he fully understands his feelings. He then reveals himself for the first time and he turns out to be Takatori Shuuichi, Takatori Reiji's younger brother!
Omi goes to the place where Oka had invited him for dinner but does not see her there. He then goes to wait for her outside the cinema but Oka did not turn up either. She is watching him from afar. Schuldich appears and tells her the next shocking piece of news - that the Omi she knew and loved is actually a killer. With that, he knocks Oka unconscious and takes her away.
Someone hacks into the system used by Weiß and sends them an anonymous message (created by Nagi) saying that Omi is a spy sent by Takatori and tells them to go to a park to confirm this. They decide to check it out. In the meantime, an anxious Omi receives a call and picks it up, thinking it to be Oka. It turns out to be Schuldich who tells him that he has told Oka everything and that he even has Oka in his hands.
Weiß appears at the park and sees Oka tied to a tree. They try to rescue her but Omi, thinking that they are going to harm her, intercedes. Schuldich tries to drive the wedge between them further but is discovered by Aya. Another man (Farferello) appears and takes Weiß on. Omi goes to rescue Oka. Oka then reveals that Schuldich has told her that she and Omi are siblings. Shocked, Omi asks if her father is Takatori Reiji. Oka nods her head. Omi then consoles the upset Oka, saying that they can then be together forever since they are siblings. The two embrace each other. At that point of time, Farferello fires a shot at Omi but misses and it hits Oka instead. Schuldich and Farferello flee. Oka is fatally wounded and passes away after telling Omi it was great that she has met him. Omi is devastated by her death.
