The Masked Red of Paper Moon

In the Spring of the 15th year of the Taisho Era, Oogami was packing his things for his departure to Paris. While doing so, he came across a Shonen Red magazine ...

Orihime's father, Seiya Otaga had own first first prize for his painting. While team Hanagumi was admiring his work at Teikoku Art Gallery, Otaga's friend, Chibasuke (author of Shonen Red) asked Koran to pose as Shonen Red for the magazine cover. Koran agreed.

At Chisbasuke's house, Koran was all set for posing when a man barged in, exclaiming that the gangsters were threatening to wreck the village. Chibasuke & Otaga immediately left after telling Koran & Orihime (who came along) to stay and look after the house. After waiting for hours, Koran offered to fix Otaga's broken radio. Orihime was about to protest when a boy came, crashing in through the wall. When he looked at Koran (who was in her Shonen Red outfit), he instantly mistook her as Shonen Red. Frightened, Koran & Orihime ran and hid themselves in an empty house. Outside the village, the villagers were fighting against the gangsters. To make things worse, their ringleader had a robot machine with him.

Knowing their sticky situation, Koran decided to use the broken radio to create a mechanical messenger bird. Luckily for them, the messenger bird made its way to the Hanagumi theater. The team held a meeting and discussed on how they should rescue Koran & Orihime without hurting the children's beliefs on Shonen Red (since the kids really believed that Shonen Red actually existed). Then, they had an idea...

The gangsters penetrated into the village and began wrecking the entire place. In the midst of doing so, one of the children was nearly crushed by a fallen debris when Koran stepped in and pushed him away. The children became excited but they were a little confused with Orihime (since she's supposed to be Shonen Red's rival, Red Wind). Nevertheless, the children came to the conclusion that Red Wind had turned over a new leaf and became Shonen Red's partner. The gangsters didn't seem to care about them and intended to attack them when they heard a laughter.

Descending upon a roof top (from an air balloon) appeared team Hanagumi in their Shonen Red outfits  ( Maria as dressed as Dokuro X, Leni as Duke, Iris as Obaba, Kanna as Bear Killer Goroki, Sakura as Minase and Sumire as Devil Henchman no 1 (hers is the most sexiest)). Together, they beat up the bullies, exciting the children even more. No sooner than later, the ringleader came with his robot machine. Koran (who became too engrossed in her Shonen Red role) confronted him and threatened to shoot him.  Suddenly, a realization came to Koran that she was holding a fake gun. Instantly, she was being chased by the ringleader. Luckily, Maria had brought her gun along but was reluctant to shoot the ringleader in front of the children. Sumire replied that she needn't do as the weak point of the machine was the front ventilation area since the machine was built by her father's company. Signaling to Koran, Maria & Koran synchronized together and defeated the ringleader.

Back at the Hanagumi theater, Oogami told the team that Otaga had decided to use the money (after selling his painting) for the villagers, saying that he had learnt from Shonen Red to put others' happiness above his. Orihime returned, holding a box of Shonen Red magazines.
