美女の誘惑、死の二重奏!
Domon
had won Aki by mentally overcoming her maudough -Kotodama, the sprit of words.
However, tension seemed to build up between Recca and Mikagami who had their
disagreements over Domon...
Fuko
broke up the two once again. Mikagami stepped up to the arena for the next round.
Meanwhile, Neon told Miki that they had to defeat the Hokages and both of them
walked up
to the arena. Another referee (mouse-costume) who seemed to be a self-proclaimed
commentator dragged Kagero to the table, introducing her to the audience as the
expert in maudoughs. Recca stared blankly.
Neon
made a proposal to Recca - a double duel. Recca had the wrong message - a
double bed?? The mouse-costume explained to him what Neon meant was 2 fighters
fighting against 2 fighters at the same time. Neon gave her reasons for a
double duel between her and Miki against Recca and Mikagami. If they win, they
could proceed to the next match since Domon had won the first round. If they lose,
it would end up as tied. At least they had Fuko to fight for the next round.
Recca questioned her motive for fighting him and Mikagami. The answer was that
they were
the best fighters in the Hokage. Recca's’s ego was turned on. Mikagami (seemingly
knowing the real motive) replied that he would rather not fight with a fool.
Both
of them glared at each other. Saicho sensed the heated tension between the two.
Kukai said that it was caused by their different characters influenced by the
maudoughs they used - fire against water, the 2 repelling forces. Neon proceeded
on saying that if the Hokages want to fight one on one, they might also win.
She instructed Miki to fight by herself since the Hokage want to use a cheap
method of winning rather than taking up to the challenge. Recca fell for her
trick. He agrees.
The
bat-costume referee announced the fight - Neon and Aki against Recca and Mikagami.
Both men told each other to stay out of each other’s way. Miki ran forward at
a tremendous speed. Kagero saw the maudough at her boots, the Idaten, speed dasher,
which enabled the user to run like the wind. As she distracted Recca, Neon
played her first tune with her flute. She swung her flute at the ground, which
immediately cracked open. Kagero explained the maudough, Fukyu Waon, Clashing
Harmony, which used sound waves to destroy objects. While Recca jumpeds away, he
bumped in Tokiya. Both told each other off hostilely.
Recca
attacked Neon with Saiha, Miki came from behind. Neon pushed Recca away with her
flute and played another tune, Koten. The sound wave deliberately missed Recca,
hit a shield that Miki held, reflected and hit the off-guard Recca. The shield
that Miki used was the Hokage maudough, Yamabiko, the echo shield. It reflected music like a mirror would do with light. Mikagami
attacked Miki but was hit by Neon’s Koten. Mikagami bumped in Recca. Tempers flared between the two.
Neon played an ominous tune. Roc-is-ty (sorrie couldn’t get the name right). The ground broke beneath the two guys, causing them to fall into a very deep hole. She played on naming it as ‘Under the cold stone'. The ceiling of the dome broke off. She wanted them to be buried alive under the crushing weight of the falling rocks. Somehow the rock broke up into pieces, saving the two from death. From the cloud of dust, walked out Domon. He had stepped in time to rescue them. Recca thanked him but received a slap. Mikagami was slapped as well. Domon found it disgusting that they were not working together because their disagreements over him. He knew Mikagami wanted to end the fight because he was concerned about him. Recca wanted him to continue because he too was concerned over his future. He was determined to work hard to become stronger so that he’ll not be a burden to them. Although they had different points of view, their goal is still the same. Recca questioned if Domon really wanted to win the previous round. It didn’t matter to Domon since they were a team and their ultimate aim was to win the match. So, why don’t they work together? While Domon walked off the arena, the referee disqualified Domon’s win.
The referee announced the
continuation of the match. Neon wanted to use Koten but Recca attacked her. Miki
ran forward to help but Mikagami blocked her. Kukai observed that they were doing better
now. Neon managed to use Koten on Mikagami. Recca tried to use Nadare but Neon
believed that Recca was not capable to produce 2 dragons at the same time. Recca
succeeded and Nadare hit Miki. Both Recca and Mikagami regained their composure
and walked towards Neon as a team.
Neon shot out a sound wave.
Mikagami sensed that she was aiming at him but Recca stepped in to take the blow. He
told Mikagami that he didn’t take the blow for him. It was for the win. Then,
both of them gave a high-5 to each other. The Hokages rejoiced over the unity. Miki
came up from behind. Recca grabbed her arm and swung her towards Mikagami who
hit
her on the back. Miki fell.
Mikagami ran towards her. Neon used her previous moves. Mikagami dodged. She uses Roc-is-ty but he dodged again. Mikagami explaind to Neon her techniques, the first one is just a simple sound wave as attacking mode. Koten was reflecting sound wave attack, which it was used when the opponent is distracted. Roc-is-ty is when the sound waves were collected and released together like one would with a bomb. Neon was stunned that Mikagami’s ability to understand her techniques within an extremely short period. She realized that she had underestimated them.
Miki told Neon that they
should surrender since they understood their techniques. Recca agreed with her.
Neon refused, as a member of the Uruha 10, she would rather die than to
surrender. The main duty of the Uruha 10 was to protect Kurei at all costs. She
would do her final move even if she had to die but she would take everyone with
her. Her maudough, Fukyu Gyoku shined brightly as she floats in the air, her
hair flying upwards.
Her final song for the battle was Requiem
(musical service for the dead)
