3 years ago, G went to a talisman sorcerer and sold his soul as payment for the power of a certain talisman. The Talismans were to be his back-up plan should his initial plans to kill King Eva Stolla failed. If so, at least G would have 3 more years to obtain his ultimate goal. The moment he sold his soul, he was disgraced and no longer considered as a Cevar…
On
the 10th of the 10th month, Kyou went to ask Dais what did
he said to Gau back at his home in Blorahan. Dais calmly replied that he told
Gau that every man had a battle that could be only fought by oneself. Meanwhile,
G was approaching Kuruda when he met 4 men – the 3 spies from Episode 8 and
Len Fuuma. The 3 spies told G that though they were not allowed to disclose
their identity, they were on the same side as him. At midnight tonight, Kuruda
would be in total chaos.
Later,
Kyou met up with Gau and the two had a small discussion about Elle & Dais’
views about fighting. Then, Kyou asked Gau what was it like to be a shield for
someone. Before Gau could answer, they heard a commotion. It turned out there
was a huge graffiti on the wall, announcing the Extermination of the Holy City.
At the same time, Kai Sink asked Dais for his service, as they need their
best fighters to bring G down.
At
the Octopus restaurant, Elle was preparing to report to palace. She asked Folly
to investigate the cause of the graffiti. Before she left, she had a small chat
with Kyou. Elle apologized to Kyou for offending her unintentionally and told
her even though she had mastered the Tomoe, she shouldn’t push herself too
hard. Sometimes, it takes Courage to run away from danger.
When
Elle arrived at the palace, she was informed of G’s treachery by attempting to
kill Eva Stolla. G was described as a man who was overzealous in becoming the
strongest so much till he lost his sanity. 3 years ago, he tired to kill Eva
Stolla but Scar Face interfered and killed him. In the meantime, Dais told Gau
and Kyou that G was the 7th letter of the Latin alphabet, which also
meant ‘the strongest’. As Vars
desired to become stronger in each battle, they must always remember to draw a
line between a proud Kuruda Var and a beast of madness.
Instantly, Gau stood up and said that when he was fighting with Low, he
was sure that both of them were fighting as proud Vars not beasts of madness and
promised never to cross the line of madness. After he left, Dais told Kyou to
take care of Gau, as there was nothing more dangerous that a Var filled with
doubts.
As
Folly was trying to connect the location of the 5 graffiti signs that she had
found so far, Feorina (the owner of Octopus restaurant) appeared, panting
heavily. Between breaths, she told Folly that 5 bags of Dorewalk sands were
missing and she feared for the worst. At
another place, Kyou was searching for Gau when she saw the 3 spies at the alley.
Instantly, the 3 spies tried to kill her but she killed them with her cherings.
She walked forward and found maps lying besides them. One of the spies said in
his dying breath that the Kuruda’s 2000 years of being undefeated would come
to an end. Back at the palace, Elle was received word that G was spotted at the
Watch Tower.
Coincidentally,
Kyou was at the Watch Tower as well. There, she saw G killing the soliders. At
that moment, she felt that she shouldn’t let Gau fight against G in fear that
Gau would become G. So, she decided to fight him. Unfortunately, Kyou was
completely no match for G’s savage attacks. Luckily for her, Elle arrived just
in time to save her. Emotionally outraged, Elle attacked G. Shockingly for Elle,
G was overpowered and even broke her Martial Art Language.
Back
at the palace, Dais Lag Black Wing was at the throne room. King Eva Stolla
thanked him for his service despite his health conditions. Dais replied that
that was the least he could do as a Var.
At
the Watch Tower, Gau carried the unconscious Kyou, vowing that he would never
forgive G.
