The Devil of Ying Style
Elle was immensely relieved to see
Gau…
Gau apologized for failing. Elle immediately shut him off and ordered him to deal with Len Fuuma while she took care of the falling bedrock. Len Fuuma sarcastically asked Gau about Master Leen. Gau was angered and put on Low’s earrings and Scar Face’s headband. King Eva Stolla intended to stop the fight but changed his mind when he saw the determination in Gau’s Eyes. Instead, he decided to stay and put his faith and trust in Elle and Gau.
Len Fuuma introduced himself as the devil of Ying Style. Gau (who had never heard of Ying style) asked whether Ying Style was a branch off from Shadow Skill. As soon as he said that, Len became furious and thrashed Gau to bits. Gau fought back and switched to using Open skill (that specialized in fist techniques). Unfortunately, he was no match against Len’s fist techniques. Len explained that the Ying Style specialized in both leg and fist techniques unlike Shadow Skill, which only specialized in leg techniques. Another advantage was that Ying Style always refined its techniques to the ultimate perfection.
Then, Len proceeded on to taunt Gau about his beliefs in the teachings of Kuruda (There is no retreat for a Kuruda Var. As long as he can keep on standing, he can still fight) because he believed that it was useless and the only way to become stronger was through his own strength and power.
Meanwhile, Elle was storing energy as she raced towards the falling bedrock. After reciting the Marital Art Language, Elle jumped up and broke the bedrock to two pieces. By doing so, the bedrock diverted itself into the sea instead of Kuruda.
Somewhere far away from Kuruda, the Hidden Enemy of Juliennes was still remaining calm because he still had Len. At the City of Juliennes, Scar Face and Kai Sink were teleporting back to Kuruda.
Len smirked and reluctantly admitted that Shadow Skill was indeed a powerful technique and the stupidity of Gau’s determination to keep on standing. Picking up a small stone, Len suggested a game. As soon the stone touched the ground, both of them would start charging towards each other. The faster one would win the game. Len threw the stone high up in the air. Gau watched the stone intensely as it fell to the ground. The moment it did, Gau sped off. However, his speed was taken over Len’s. Gau collapsed to the ground.
Surprisingly, Elle had just arrived back (with the help of the mercenaries from the Forest of Jura) and said, “Get up! Black Howling!”
